Situation
- Client did not want to change design of current website but they
wanted to streamline a bulky service department and provide more
interaction with their clients.
Solution
- CMG created a combined extranet and Intranet, moved the existing
service database from MS Access web based SQL server contact management
system. The client can manage National service calls to multiple
customers using various service solutions and sub-contractors from
an intuitive web based interface. The client's customers have a
personalized interface where they can submit service requests, view
service history for a specific location or generate reports based
on their service usage. he Intranet included menus for creating
HTML promotion material that is displayed on the site and sent out
in marketing email messages. A full demo of the system was installed
as a tool for account reps to use to attract additional service
business.
Results
- Client saves many man hours each month in entering and managing
service calls. The client's customers are overjoyed at having a
way to look add and search service requests online and in real time.

Situation
- Client needed a complete site redesign and wanted to incorporate
the ability to edit their own content, provide up to date information
for their clients, and build an Extranet so their customers could
track order status.
Solution - CMG helped to create a new Internet presence
for them with a combined extranet and Intranet. Numerous forms on
the Internet site were enhanced to allow on line collection of user
information directly into the company prospect/customer database.
CMG moved their marketing database of datacards into a web based SQL
server database system. CMG also developed a method for keeping site
content update by the client without hiring additional employees or
haviong to learn new software. The administrative section of the site
is driven entirely by forms and an easy to use editor.
Results - Client saves money by keeping the site
current in-house. By directing customers to the web site for order
tracking information, they also save time that was previously wasted
on the phone. Overhead is down, sales are up, all as a result of using
the CMG solution. |

Situation
- Client needed a cutting edge look with added programming
features to facilitate communication with merchandising managers and
assistants. The portfolio and client lists had to be prominent and
offer multiple features to allow viewing of CAU's work
Solution - CMG created this site almost entirely
in Flash and incorporated photos provided by the client to develop
a portfolio with multiple size options and navigation options. Added
an "Email" feature to the website where a viewer can email
a copy of a photo to a friend or someone else considering this firm
for work.
Results - CAU now has a web presence that give a
true indication of their creative abilities. All of their print media
has been shifted to match the design for a uniform look in all their
media presentations. Monthly additions keep this on my personal lists
of sites to re-visit! |
